I'm working with a highly regarded property consultancy looking to add a Building Surveyor to its growing Birmingham team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor with 3+ years' experience who is recently chartered or working towards their APC, and is looking to broaden their experience across both professional and project work.

Key responsibilities include:
- Condition Surveys and Building Pathology
- Dilapidations, Party Wall and Landlord & Tenant matters
- Preparing specifications and schedules of works
- Contract Administration (JCT)
- Project delivery and refurbishment schemes
- Building Surveying degree and 3+ years' relevant experience
- APC candidate or recently chartered
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Client-facing confidence and commercial awareness
- AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
