An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer to join a thriving consultancy on the outskirts of Birmingham. With a strong project pipeline and an established client base, our client is looking for an experienced engineer who can combine hands-on design expertise with project leadership, while providing valuable support and guidance to the wider team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, sharing their knowledge and helping a team reach its full potential. Alongside delivering structural designs and managing projects from inception through to completion, you will play an important role in the continued success of the practice, with the opportunity to become involved in business development if desired.
Our client benefits from a strong orderbook and considerable repeat business from national housebuilders and property developers, providing a varied and consistent flow of exciting projects. You will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact within an established consultancy that values experience, collaboration and long-term development.
