Central London 250- 325 Per Day Long-Term Freelance

A confidential client is seeking a Assistant Site QS for a prestigious high-end residential project in Central London, with work continuing through to 2027/2028

A recognised Quantity Surveying qualification is essential, along with proven high-end / luxury residential experience.

We are looking for candidates with a strong track record across prime residential, luxury refurbishment, heritage or similarly high-specification projects.

• Measurement and quantity take-offs

• Supporting valuations, variations and payment assessments

• Procurement and tender comparisons

• Dayworks, site records and commercial administration

• Supporting subcontractor and final accounts

Essential: QS qualification and previous experience within high-end residential or complex, high-specification construction, with strong measurement and Excel skills.
