As a Principal Structural Engineer, you'll be trusted to bring your experience, leadership and technical know-how to the table, helping shape project delivery while supporting and mentoring engineers within the team.

What will you be doing?

• Leading the design and delivery of a diverse range of structural engineering projects.
• Managing projects from concept through to detailed design and construction.
• Providing technical leadership, design guidance and quality assurance.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and other design professionals.
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, helping develop the next generation of talent.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, deliver smarter solutions and contribute to the consultancy's continued success.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in a senior structural engineering role, ideally at Principal level or ready to take that next step.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural design, analysis and relevant design standards.
• Experience across sectors such as high-rise, residential, energy, industrial or commercial developments.
• Excellent communication, project management and client-facing skills.
• The confidence to lead projects, solve complex engineering challenges and inspire those around you.
• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with Chartered status preferred.
