Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The opportunity
A leading multidisciplinary contractor is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help drive project success. Reporting to the Quantity Surveyor, Project Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll support commercial activities, manage costs and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
About you
- Working towards an accredited RICS, CIOB or ICES course, or holding a degree or HND in a relevant subject (building/construction, civil or structural engineering, urban and land studies)
- Experience working in build, including onsite measures
- Knowledge of construction management and sustainable construction techniques
- Strong communicator who works well under pressure and uses initiative
