You will work for a growing, independent consultancy offering Building Surveying, Project Management and Cost Consultancy services to a diverse client base across the UK. Your new role
Working alongside experienced Building Surveyors, you'll play a key role in delivering both professional and project-based surveying services. This is a varied position offering hands-on exposure to all aspects of Building Surveying, including:
- Building surveys and defect diagnosis
- Condition surveys and reporting
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Contract administration
- Refurbishment and improvement projects
- Dilapidations and landlord & tenant matters
- Project monitoring and stakeholder engagement
- Preparation of schedules, specifications and reports

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related property discipline
- At least 12 months' Building Surveying experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- An ambition to progress towards MRICS status
