Graduate Quantity Surveyor
30,000 - 35,000 + Structured Training Plan + RICS Chartership Support + Clear Progression
Cardiff (Commutable from: Newport, Bridgend, Barry, Caerphilly, Pontypridd, Cwmbran, Port Talbot)
Do you have Quantity Surveyor or Construction related qualifications? Are you looking to join a leading local consultancy who have a structured training programme, RICS Chartership support and Career progression?
On offer is a brilliant opportunity to join an established commercial consultancy, working across a diverse range of projects including refurbishment and new builds within sectors such as residential, healthcare, leisure, hospitality and commercial.
This regional leading cost consultancy are renowned for proving a top tier quantity surveying service to their clients. They are now looking for Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor, who wants in depth training and development to join their strong surveying team.
You'll be based in Cardiff where you receive hands on training to manage the cost control of projects from concept through to completion. You will be enrolled in a in-depth training programme where you will have a clear pathway for progression.
This role would suit a someone with Quantity Surveying or construction qualifications looking to join a premium consultancy, where you will work on a variety of projects and get hands on experience alongside chartership support.
The Role:
- Receive full training to manage the full cost control of Construction projects
- Follow a structured training programme by having hands on training and RICS Chartership support
- Office-based in Cardiff with Travel to Sites
The Person:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (or Construction)
- Any construction experience, even a placement year - Desired
- Driving licence
- Looking to develop long-term with chartership support and progression
