A diverse construction and commercial management consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a prestigious hotel project in Wokingham. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role Based in Wokingham, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will undertake a Quantity Surveying/Construction Management role on an 87-room hotel project involving the refurbishment of an existing building, together with an extension.
