Due to ongoing growth throughout the region they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. Projects can be wide and varied in nature including offices, large residential development, care homes, retail units, schools and hospitals. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with the following skills, experience and background: -a proven background in main contracting -Resides within commutable distance of the Bristol area -experience of projects £1 million plus -Ideally experience of fit out, refurbishment and/or build schemes with recognised main contractors.
