Future Build Recruitment are working with a well-established civil engineering specialist who is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. A strong civils background is essential, and experience in the water utilities sector is highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Take full commercial responsibility for allocated projects, including monthly reporting. Manage and mentor junior commercial team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the supply chain, including standard rate agreements. Prepare and submit accurate valuations, supported by site visits where required.
