We are recruiting for an experienced Site Based Project Manager to lead a large commercial new build scheme in Cardiff valued at £75m +. This role is with a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality projects across the region. The Project Manager will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required standard. A strong background in groundworks is essential, along with proven experience managing commercial new build developments from early stages through to handover. Candidates must have experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor.
