🚨 Registered Building Inspector (RBI 2D+) – Contract Opportunity 🚨
A client of ours is looking to appoint a Registered Building Inspector (RBI 2D+) to support their Building Control team on a long-term contract basis.Â
This is a well-established, close-knit team where team dynamic and personality fit are a key priority, alongside strong technical capability. The role offers excellent flexibility and long-term stability.
What’s on Offer
- Role:Â Registered Building Inspector (RBI 2D+)
- Location:Â London
- Working Pattern:Â 2 days on site / 3 days from home (very flexible)
- Rate: £65 – £75 per hour (dependent on experience)
- IR35:Â Outside IR35
- Contract Length:Â 6-month+ rolling contract with strong extension potential
The Opportunity
You will be joining a supportive Building Control service carrying out predominantly domestic and lower-end commercial work, with the option to pick up higher-risk / more complex projects if desired.
Hybrid working is fully supported, with a very flexible working pattern in place.
