Registered Building Inspector (RBI 2A+) – Contract
Location: North East
Contract: 3–6 month rolling contract
Rate: £50 – £60 per hour
IR35: Outside IR35 if of preference
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: Remote working with site presence

A client is seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector (RBI 2A+) to support their Building Control team on a 3–6 month rolling contract, with strong potential to extend.
The role covers a manageable local patch and offers hybrid working, making it well suited to contractors looking for flexibility and long-term stability.
