Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 RBI+)
Location: West Midlands
Contract: Long-term contract | Outside IR35 Available
Rate: £55–£65 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) to join our client’s team across the West Midlands on a long-term contract basis, offering strong flexibility and no requirement for office attendance.
The Role:
You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a mix of domestic and/or commercial projects, depending on RBI grade and experience.
Key Details:
• £55–£65 per hour (DOE)
• Long-term contract opportunity
• Outside IR35 available
• Fully remote working – no office presence required
• Full-time role with part-time flexibility available
