Registered Building Inspector (RBI) Class 2A – 2F (experience essential)

Coast 2 Coast Building Control is a successful Registered Building Control Approver, based in Bridgend, South Wales.

Qualities we are looking for:

• Qualified, Registered Building Control Inspector, ideally 2F, or working under supervision towards that class
• Self Employed RBI considered
• Has the ability to work from home with some time spent in our Bridgend office
• Site inspection area to cover South Wales and Bristol
• Full UK driving licence and car required
• The suitable candidate will be required to carry out plan compliance checks and site inspections with clients and/or contractors. They will manage their day and site visits independently.
• We are looking for a team player that is also capable of working individually, with a positive mindset.
