Registered Building Inspector (Class 2D+)
Location: Northwest
Contract: 12 month rolling contract
Rate: £60–£70 per hour
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2D+) to join a very well-staffed Local Authority in the North West on a 12-month rolling contract, with strong potential to run long term.
This is a particularly attractive opportunity offering a low workload environment, with excellent feedback from current team members highlighting a supportive and well-managed service.
The Role:
You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects in line with your RBI class.
