Contract: 6 month rolling contract | Outside IR35 Available
Rate: £75–£85 per hour
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Manager to join a Local Authority in the West Midlands on a 6-month rolling contract, with strong potential to move onto a long-term contract after the initial period.
The Role:
You will be responsible for leading and managing a Building Control team, overseeing service delivery across plan checking and site inspections, whilst ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and maintaining high service standards.
Key Details:
• £75–£85 per hour
• 6 month rolling contract with strong extension potential
• Outside IR35 Available
• Full-time role with part-time flexibility available
