Job Description
Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 RBI+)
Location: West Midlands
Contract: 6 month rolling contract – highly likely to run long term
Rate: Up to £60 per hour (approx. £9,620 per month based on 37 hours/week)
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2+) to join a building control team in the West Midlands on a 6 month rolling contract, with a strong likelihood of this running long term.
The Role:
You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects (RBI grade dependent), supporting a well-established Building Control team.
Key Details:
• Up to £60 per hour (approx. £9,620 per month)
• 6 month rolling contract with strong extension potential
• Outside IR35 a possibility
• Full-time role with part-time flexibility available
