A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) to join a well-supported Local Authority team in the West Midlands on a long-term rolling contract basis.

This role offers excellent flexibility with both full and part-time hours being considered, making it an ideal opportunity for RBIs looking for a better work-life balance without compromising on contract longevity or earning potential.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out plan checks and site inspections across a range of domestic and commercial projects in line with your RBI class registration.

The team is well established, supportive, and able to offer flexibility around working arrangements for the right candidate.
