ADHOC - Registered Building Inspector – Midlands (Contract)

Rate: £75–£90 per hour
Hours: 0-Hour Contract / ADHOC Support

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to support a Midlands-based client on a flexible ADHOC contract basis.

This role would suit a highly experienced Class 3 RBI looking to pick up additional work alongside existing contract, permanent, or consultancy commitments. The opportunity offers complete flexibility with no guaranteed weekly hours, allowing the successful candidate to provide support as and when required. 

The Role

You will provide Building Control support across a portfolio of Higher-Risk Building projects, offering specialist expertise and guidance as required. The client is seeking an experienced Class 3 RBI who can seamlessly integrate into the team and manage project responsibilities on a flexible basis.
