Job Description
Location: North East
Contract: Long-Term Rolling Contract
Rate: £60–£70 per hour
Hours: Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)
A new opportunity has arisen for a Registered Building Inspector to join a Building Control team in the North East on a long-term contract basis.
This role offers a varied workload and would suit an experienced RBI seeking a stable, long-running contract within a supportive team environment. The client is open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right individual.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a mixture of plan checking and site inspection duties across a range of Building Control projects, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and supporting customers throughout the construction process.
Key Details
- £60–£70 per hour
- Long-term rolling contract
- IR35 status to be confirmed
- Full-time hours preferred
- Part-time candidates will also be considered
- Mixture of plan checking and site inspection work
- Immediate start available for the right candidate
