Registered Building Inspector – Up to £75/hr

Location: Cannock 
Contract: Long-Term Rolling Contract
Rate: £65–£75 per Hour
Hours: Part-Time Preferred (Full-Time Considered)

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Building Inspector to support a client in Cannock on a long-term contract basis.

This position would suit an RBI seeking a flexible contract arrangement, with the client ideally looking for part-time support whilst remaining open to full-time availability for the right candidate. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering Building Control services, undertaking site inspections and supporting compliance with Building Regulations.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out site inspections and providing Building Control support across a varied portfolio of projects. The client is looking for an experienced RBI who can work independently, provide a high-quality service and integrate quickly into an established team.

Key Details

• Rate: £65–£75 per hour
• Long-term rolling contract
• Part-time preferred, although full-time candidates will be considered
• Minimum of 3 days per week on site required
• Start date targeted for mid-July onwards
