Registered Building Inspector (Contract)

Location: Greater Manchester

Contract: Long-Term Rolling Contract
Rate: £60 - £65/hr
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time Considered 

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Building Inspector to join a Local Authority in Greater Manchester on a long-term rolling contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team, undertaking primarily site inspection work with the flexibility of remote working when not out on inspections. The authority is happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out site inspections in line with your registration level, ensuring compliance with the Building Regulations and associated legislation. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely when not attending site visits, providing an excellent balance between field-based and home working.
