Registered Building Inspector (Contract)

Location: Greater Manchester
Contract: 6 Month Rolling Contract
Rate: Up to £60/hr

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time Considered 

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Building Inspector to join a Local Authority in Greater Manchester on an initial 6-month rolling contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team on a long-term basis, carrying out a mixture of site inspections and plan checking work. The authority is happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants and is offering the flexibility of working Outside IR35.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality Building Control service, undertaking site inspections and plan checking duties in line with your registration level, whilst ensuring compliance with the Building Regulations and associated legislation.
