Overview

Confido are partnering with a well-established Building Control team, to support with a new search for a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) on a permanent basis, covering North Surrey and South West London.

This is a particularly difficult area in which to find experienced Registered Building Inspectors, so the client is prepared to offer a premium salary package for the right individual, with flexibility depending on experience, registration level and suitability.

The ideal candidate will be Surrey-based, although applications from experienced RBIs within a reasonable commuting distance of the patch will also be considered. The role will be fully remote, with no requirement to attend a Surrey office. You'll manage your own diary and inspection schedule while covering an established portfolio across North Surrey and South West London.

Key Information:

• Registered Building Inspector status – Class 2A minimum.
• Class 2D registration highly desirable.
