Job Description
Contract Opportunity – Class 2 Registered Building Inspector (RBI)
We are currently working with a client in the East Midlands looking to appoint an experienced Class 2 Registered Building Inspector (RBI) on a contract basis.
The client offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with plenty of flexibility around working patterns and workload.
The Role
- Carrying out site inspections and plan checking duties.
- Supporting the existing Building Control team.
- Working across a range of Building Control projects.
- Flexible hybrid setup with a mix of remote working and site presence.

- RBI Classification: Class 2
- Rate: £60–£70/hr
- Hours: Full-Time
- Working Pattern: Hybrid with plenty of flexibility
