Job Description
The Senior Director of a Property and Construction Consultancy is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who has the ambition and drive to build the brand of the Quantity Surveying division in London.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a leading role in delivering work, building a team, and work themselves into a position of becoming the Quantity Surveying Director at Board level.
Work wise, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will be working on 30m life science labs, a marina village development, residential, and a commercial film studio.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or FRICS
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- Comfortable still leading and delivering projects
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Happy to work in a small team
- A leader, ambitious, client facing
