Registered Building Inspector (Contract)

A new opportunity has arisen for a Class 2A+ Registered Building Inspector to join a client in the West Midlands on an initial 6-month rolling contract.

This is a long-term contract opportunity offering a competitive rate of £55/hr - £65/hr, depending on experience and registration level.

The Role

This is a particularly attractive opportunity that allows for a flexible setup with no office presence required, working across Domestic and Commercial projects with the added bonus of being Outside IR35. We have first-hand feedback from an existing contractor on the level of flexibility and lack of micromanagement so it is definitely one of the better places to work! The client is open to a Class 2A+ Registered Building Inspector who is looking for their next contract role and is eager to get started.
