A London Borough is seeking an Experienced Senior Building Control Surveyor on a hybrid working basis, for a 3 to 6 month period with the potential for the role to become permanent. You will be tasked with supervising an area of the borough to ensure compliance with building control legislation, reviewing and approving building plans, conducting site inspections to ensure construction projects comply with relevant building regulations, advising builders and homeowners on compliance and generally upholding safety standards throughout the building process.
